2. Refund Policy
INSIDE CAFE DOOEL OHRID strives to ensure client satisfaction and quality. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
For Computer Services, Design, and Programming
Full refund is available only if the service has not started.
For services in progress, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.
In case of incomplete fulfillment of the agreement, we aim to find a solution or partial refund.
For Print Services (business cards, flyers, other materials)
Due to customization, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect or error on our part.
For Discount Cards (electronic and physical)
Refunds are only possible if the card has not been activated or used.

3. Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframes
Computer services, design, and programming are delivered according to agreed deadlines based on project complexity.
Printed materials are delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving the order and required materials.
Discount cards are delivered electronically (via email) or physically (by mail or in person).
Delivery Methods
Electronic services and materials are delivered via email, cloud services, or other agreed channels.
Physical materials and cards are delivered to the client’s specified address or can be picked up personally.
Receiving and Inspection
