The problem
Customer work is scattered.
Contacts, tasks, email, quotes and invoices often live in different tools, leaving staff without a reliable view of what happened and what comes next.
Business operations CRM
Manage clients, sales, invoicing, support and field work in one locally supported platform, with invoices ready for the Revenue Office (UJP) e-invoice.
Real product
Inside Operations CRM is a live application in Macedonian and English. Every client gets its own database and its own address, daily backups and continuous monitoring.
The problem
Contacts, tasks, email, quotes and invoices often live in different tools, leaving staff without a reliable view of what happened and what comes next.
The result
The client record connects sales, quotes, invoices, payments, support tickets, projects and work orders in one history.
Built for
Inside Operations CRM is built for companies that value local onboarding, practical daily work and direct technical support.
Product capabilities
Every module supports a real user, action or report. The deployment is configured around the way your organization already works.
Companies, contacts, opportunities by stage, a web form for enquiries, activity history, duplicate merging and import from Excel.
Quotes with electronic acceptance, proformas, invoices, credit notes, cPay card payments matched automatically, and invoices in EUR converted at your rate.
The Revenue Office JSON format and UBL 2.1 for invoices, credit notes, storno and corrections, all 86 UJP tax indicators, EUID and QR code on the invoice.
Support tickets by department, and a customer portal where clients see and pay invoices, accept quotes and open tickets.
Projects with time tracking, work orders with material and labour, stock issued on completion, and an invoice made from the order.
Rules that send email, create tasks, notify staff or move a deal when an invoice is issued or paid, a quote is accepted, a ticket arrives or a deal changes stage.
Implementation
The system is already built. Implementation focuses on configuration, data, branding, integrations, training and a controlled launch.
Map how you work today: clients, documents, approvals, invoicing and payments.
Company details, numbering, VAT rates, UJP payment type, roles, sales stages, templates and portal access.
Clients, contacts and articles from Excel or CSV; migration from another CRM is quoted after reviewing the data.
Online training for the team, then support through the first weeks of daily use.

Packages are tailored to your users, locations, modules, integrations and support needs. After a short demo, we will prepare a proposal for the way your organization works.

Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and maintenance can be delivered as one managed service.

Yes, for issuing: invoices, credit notes, cancellations and corrections are produced in the Revenue Office (UJP) format and checked before they are made. Receiving incoming e-invoices is the next step after that.
