THE CROWN OF MACEDONIAN WINES


                                  IMPERATOR

                          Dry  RED  Wine.  Imperator  is  a  unique  wine  produced
                  from  the  variety  Vranec,  from  late  harvested  selected  grapes
                  from Bovin’s own vineyards.
                  Wine with deep dark red-black color and intense aroma of wild
                  fruits  such  as  blueberries,  blackthorns,  blackberries,  and  sour
                  cherries.
                  The taste follows the aroma and it's strong and fresh.
                  It is recommended to be served with meat dishes such as pork,
                  lamb and fatty fish at 15-17ºC.

                        PREMIER


              Quality Semi Sweet Wine. Premier has a rich red color
       and an inviting complex aroma of raisins, grapes and honey.
       With a full and rich mouthfeel this special wine has the taste of
       nectar and a lingering fruity aftertaste.
              Served  very  lightly  chilled,  Premier  can  be  its  own
       dessert or as an accompaniment to cookies or delicate pastry. It
       is a real elixir of life. The wine should be served at 15-17°C.

                                   DISSAN

                          Dry  RED  Wine.  Bovin  Dissan  Barrique  is  quality  wine
                  aged for 6 months in new Macedonian oak barrels. Dark red-black
                  color with typical scent of cherry, sour cherry and red berries,
                  recognizable for the Vranec variety. It has a full and elegant flavor
                  with long aftertaste.
                  Impressive  content  of  polyphenols,  antioxidants,  natural
                  cardiovascular regulators. Complex, with higher content of dry
                  extract. May be stored for a long period of time
                  under appropriate conditions.
                  Consumption especially
                  recommended with heavier foods,
                  roasted pork, fatty fish, game,
                  lamb, and piquant cheese,
                  at room temperature of 12-14 °C.
