THE CROWN OF MACEDONIAN WINES
ANA MARIJA
DRY ROSÉ WINE. Produced from Sangiovese and
Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes a short cold maceration
from which delicate intense rosé color is obtained. The nose is full
of roses, wild strawberry cherry and pomegranate. Although
there is a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate fresh fruits
underpin balancing the sweetness.
The attractive mix of fragrances the freshness yet mid sweetness
makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with
white cheese, salads and cold dishes, fish and shellfish, or it can
accompany with fruity cake.
To be served at 8-10°C.

MERLOT
Dry RED Wine. The Varietal Merlot from BOVIN is a dry
red wine with a strong intense purple color that hints of the
youth and deep character of the wine. The nose is alive with
tones of cherries, berries, roses, and plumbs. Its taste is full and
rich, with ample tannin.
BOVIN Merlot complements everything from green
vegetables to pork. The wine should be served at 15-17°C

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Dry RED Wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon from BOVIN is a
quality red wine with a brilliant ruby color. This highly aromatic wine
has notes of herbs, blackberry and cherries.
The Cabernet Sauvignon from BOVIN goes well
with game, pork cutlets, lamb, grilled meats,
and is excellent with hard cheeses.
The wine should be served at 15-17°C
